Here are 3 data points we worked on in improving our clients’ revenue:
- 86% of Site Visitors don’t see the property selection. This is because the Property Catalogue Selection is behind a sign-up process
- Why: Our client wanted to capture leads that’s why they wanted users to sign-up.
- Disadvantage: Users do not see the products which leads to a high inquiry rate on chat and phone and an overall low conversion rate on the website.
- Solution: Expose the Property Catalogue Selection, add a chatbot to capture leads
- Result: Users stay longer and browse the properties, and leads are captured through the chatbot on the website
- 23 forms and an average of 15 required fields per form! Long and complicated steps in completing a property purchase.
- Why: The client wanted to complete as much information as possible before the purchase which is 23 forms and an average of 15 fields per form!
- Disadvantage: High Drop-off Rate in the client’s current online reservation process
- Solution: Simplify and shorten the process
- Result: The reservation process is now only 5 steps on a total of 11 fields. The drop-off rate has now been significantly reduced.
- 18% of cancellations on purchases are due to unavailable inventory. Inventory Availability is not real-time
- Why: The reservation system keeps a separate database and is keeping its records.
- Disadvantage: Users reserving an unavailable property causes them to cancel their purchase
- Solution: Integrate with the client’s MIS and ERP systems
- Result: Significantly lower cancellation rate increasing transaction throughput.
